One of my favorite brands lately, I learned of Profound Aesthetic from none other than, Instagram. I believe a shot of Future was floating around in one of their jackets, which caught my attention. Since then, I've become a big fan, specifically a fan of their denim which I wear quite a bit.
The outfit featured in this post shows off their Washed Black Destroyed Denim jeans and the Light Sand Denim hoodie, along with a couple other of my favorite pieces. I've never been a big denim jacket guy, much less a denim hoodie guy. That said, after taking a look at my sneakers, I saw the OG Yeezy Boost 750's smiling back at me, and knew that they'd be a good fit for the denim hoodie. I'm always a bit more confident and comfortable when I've got a pair of my favorite sneakers on.
I typically have a single piece in mind when throwing together an outfit. That piece is usually a sneaker, so I'll start from the ground up. On occasion though, as was the case here, I'll start with a jacket or other piece that can set the tone for an outfit. I knew that I wanted to go for the Washed Black jeans and the Light Sand denim top, so it was a matter of finding a shirt to go under the hoodie and a sneaker to round it out. For the shirt, I ended up going with a Daniel Patrick natural colored muscle shirt (spoiler alert, I have no muscles). The cream color of the shirt was a perfect match for the cream colored soles on the 750's, so I found some nice balance there.
Alright, enough yapping. Here are the shots. First up is the outfit grid. I'll almost always post a grid of my outfits before getting into the full outfit shots. Seems like a nice setup to see each piece before throwing them on.
Next up is the outfit and detail shots. Here's how it all came together. Leave a comment below on the blog, or click the photo and leave a comment on the IG post to let me know what you think.
Last we've got the sneaker shot. I like to end my series of posts with a nice sneaker shot for no other reason than me liking to show off my sneakers. I'm a sneakerhead first and foremost, so that's where I like to shine. Shout out to my buddy Arthur for taking the shots for this outfit. Follow him @aarthurk.
